Company Directors.

The Board of Marechale Capital plc combines experience across UK merchant banking, capital markets, systematic asset management and tokenisation technology. Biographies and other directorships held in the previous five years are set out below in accordance with AIM Rule 26.

Executive Chairman

Mark Warde-Norbury

Mark spent 14 years with merchant bank Robert Fleming & Co Ltd, where he helped to launch and manage the Private Banking operations in the UK. On leaving in 1998 he established St Helen's Capital Plc, now Marechale Capital Plc. Mark's other directorships include Flight & Partners Ltd, an FCA authorised specialist fund management business, which he was involved with setting up in 2007, and which runs the top performing Flight Recovery Fund. Over the years, Mark has established and advised businesses in a number of sectors, including in renewable energy and hospitality, and brings deep institutional finance expertise and capital markets oversight to the board.

Chief Executive and Founder

Patrick Booth-Clibborn

Patrick has more than 40 years’ corporate advisory and broking experience and has led projects which have raised over £1bn of equity for companies and funds. Patrick founded Marechale Capital in 2009. He started his career at James Capel & Co, subsequently working for ANZ Merchant Bank, Guinness Mahon, Noble and KBC Peel Hunt. As a Director of Noble & Co, Patrick was instrumental in building its London based advisory and equities franchise, latterly as Head of Broking. Patrick specialises in advising companies in the leisure and clean energy sectors. Patrick is NED chair of Burgh Island and the chair of the employment advisory board for Rochester and Cookham Wood prisons and on the employment board for prisons in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Patrick Claridge

Patrick has over 45 years’ experience in finance and investment and has worked both in the UK and internationally. In 2018, Mr. Claridge founded Stanford Capital Partners, the specialist investment advisory and broking firm. He was previously Chief Executive Officer at Northland Capital Partners, an investment banking boutique, and Merchant Securities. In his earlier career, he was Chief Executive Officer of TIR Securities (UK) Limited, a global institutional broker which was acquired by E*TRADE in 1999, where he spent a further four years as Chief Executive Officer of the UK division.

Non-Executive Director

Chris Kenning

Chris founded the business that evolved into Stubben Edge in 2010. In 2018, he led a management buyout, creating Stubben Edge Group. Chris began his career in the Conservative Research Department and later worked in financial services at Grant Thornton and Strand Partners. He established the UK arm of an offshore financial institution with over £12.5 billion under management and has also lectured at Hull University. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW.
